"Captain Jones is Really Upset" is the twenty-fourth chapter in Fahrenheit: Indigo Prophecy.
Synopsis[]
Lucas Kane's arrest was a disaster. The killer, once cornered, outdid the entire police team by using incredible strength and speed skills, eventually escaping.
Captain Jones is furious to Carla and Tyler for the failure, wasted resources and because of the negligence the department shown generating embarrassment with the public opinion.
Valenti and Miles respond that they are setting up regional blocks to take Kane as soon as he exposes himself. Jones expects to see him locked up tight in 48 hours or less.
Meanwhile, a new murder has been consummated in a laundromat. Carla and Tyler begin investigation.

Mental health actions[]
Mental health is reduced twice in this chapter and it affects the character individually, Carla and Tyler, only with the first response the player decides to respond to Captain Jones with one of the two characters. For example, the player can manage the entire dialogue using only Tyler, but will get "-5" only with its first line. Same with Carla.
