"Debriefing" (Carla) is the twelfth or thirteenth chapter in Fahrenheit: Indigo Prophecy.
Synopsis[]
Carla and Tyler speak with Captain Jones to discuses their theories about the Doc's Diner killer. Carla and Tyler agree to split up. Carla tries to find the file on Alan Kirsten in the basement and attempts to overcome her claustrophobia.
While down there, Carla must control her breathing and locate the file. If she fails and freaks out, the player can switch to Tyler and will continue the chapter with him. Regardless of who locates the file, the file will be blank, but will direct Carla to the officer in charge of the case, Robert Mitchell.

If the player fails the breathing control, Carla will panic and run outside the storage room. From there, the player can stand up and try again or they can swap to Tyler. From there, the player will control Tyler (either it will start Debriefing (Tyler) or if the player completed Tyler's chapter first, Tyler will walk inside the Police Station and have to meet Carla in the Archives room) and have to find the Kirsten file as Tyler.
