Story[]
Wishita Military Base is where Lucas Kane and Markus Kane were born and grew up, as their parents, John and Mary Kane, lived there and worked as scientists on behalf of the U.S. government.
John and Mary scientific research was based on investigating and understanding the Chroma and Chroma Artifact. While doing her job, pregnant Mary caused her son Lucas, as he was still in the womb, to be exposed at the Chroma influence, giving him supernatural abilities which lay dormant within him until his encounter with the Oracle, after the Doc's Diner murder happened.
It is revealed by Bogart that Wishita is one of the only three Chroma sources known to exist in the world, and the nearest to New York City.
The military base acts then as the final stage, where the Indigo Child must be placed, and the clans and Lucas fight for the chance to be granted unlimited power.
